The Forsyth Public Library is governed by a Library Commission made up of 7 members.  The members of the Library Commission are appointed by the Village Board of Trustees for a three year term.

Library Commission meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 1:00 pm in the Forsyth Public Library Conference Room.  Meetings are open to the public.
